I have booked my last few holidays with Holiday Genie and would recommend them. On one occasion I got a lower quote from another company however Holiday Genie were more than happy to match. Quick to respond up any communication I sent.

Painless experience from beginning to end.The agent Richard was so helpful throughout and tailored everything exactly to our needs.

Brilliant. Zach was very patient listened to everything I wanted and gave me options to look through and decide. We came across a stumbling block which he went away and tried to resolve but through no fault of his couldn’t be change but he didn’t give up and kept researching to find me what I wanted. And he did !!!! Great service and would highly recommend.

Could do better with phone calls and email response

I hadn’t heard of holiday genie before, but after reading the reviews I thought I would give them a try. Came back with a very competitive quote for our chosen holiday.
We booked our holiday and the process has been seamless so far. We are dealing with Richard and cannot fault the communication to date.

Just booked for the 3rd time with Zack - cheerful, knowledgeable and couldn’t be more helpful. Has managed to find me options within my budget every time. Plus Deposit is low, so I could take advantage of offers, knowing I’ve got time to pay. Couldn’t be easier
