Absolutely brilliant, what I had been trying to do for hours, I managed in a couple of minutes with the absolutely wonderful sales executive Lauren, she did everything that I wanted and I required an amendment as I had not requested something and she sorted out straightaway. I wish all experiences were as good as this!
